Giving up tasty treats and replacing them with healthy ones can provide your body with the energy you need throughout your dancing day. Eating healthy also allows for muscles and joints to function more properly, diminishing possible cramping.
3. Observe other dancers - We often get stuck in our own dancing world while we are in class. By observing other dancers, you can gain so much!
